Whipalong Volunteer Horse & Rehab ProgramsThe Whipalong Programme offers volunteers the opportunity to train and work with horses in a pristine environment. The aim is to involve volunteers in the daily routine of a horse trainer.

This program is presented in the small town of Kampersrus, at the foot of the Drakensberg. This environment ensures that both horse and student are in close contact with the spectacular surroundings.

The horses are from abusive backgrounds. It is amazing to see them transformed from aggressive, nervous horses to confident & relaxed ride through perseverance, patience & love.

Eagles Rising fulltime bridging programme

Eagles Rising is a Non-Profit Organization that operates from a farm called Elandskloof, at the foot of the Helderberg mountains. It is in these beautiful surroundings that a fulltime bridging programme is provided for students from disadvantaged backgrounds who have completed high school but are not ready to face their futures with courage and resolution. By the time these students leave Eagles Rising, we will have applied for and found further education or employment for them.
